01Women and pregnancy

PROPECIA is not indicated for use in women. Women who are or may potentially be pregnant must not handle crushed or broken PROPECIA tablets. Finasteride can cause abnormalities of the external genitalia of a male fetus if a pregnant woman absorbs the drug through the skin. If a pregnant woman comes in contact with crushed or broken tablets, the contact area should be washed immediately with soap and water.
