01Nitrates

VIAGRA stays closed with any organic nitrate, regular or intermittent. Clinical pharmacology work showed VIAGRA potentiated the hypotensive effect of nitrates. If a nitrate later looks medically necessary in a life-threatening situation, at least 24 hours should elapse after the last VIAGRA dose. The nitrate still belongs under close monitoring.
