01Nitrates

Organic nitrates, used regularly or now and then, stay off the chart with CIALIS. In clinical pharmacology studies, tadalafil 5 to 20 mg potentiated the hypotensive effect of nitrates. If a nitrate later looks medically necessary in a life-threatening situation, at least 48 hours should elapse after the last CIALIS dose. The nitrate still belongs under close monitoring.
