01Diabetes as-needed program

One as-needed program in men with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and erectile dysfunction randomized 216 people. 73 people took CIALIS 10 mg. 72 people took CIALIS 20 mg. 71 people took placebo. At endpoint, EF Domain scores were 19.3 on 10 mg, 18.7 on 20 mg, and 12.2 on placebo. SEP2 rates were 57% on 10 mg, 54% on 20 mg, and 30% on placebo. SEP3 rates were 48% on 10 mg, 42% on 20 mg, and 20% on placebo.

02As-needed 20 mg program

One as-needed program randomized 195 men to CIALIS 20 mg or placebo. 146 people took 20 mg. 49 people took placebo. At endpoint, EF Domain scores were 19.5 on 20 mg and 13.5 on placebo. SEP2 rates were 62% on 20 mg and 39% on placebo. SEP3 rates were 50% on 20 mg and 25% on placebo.
